At Pesuru Online Learning, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience for our students. Since our services involve digital educational content (quizzes, lessons, and study materials), our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


1. Non-Tangible Digital Products

  • All content on Pesuru Online (quizzes, papers, videos, and study materials) is delivered digitally.
  • Once a purchase or subscription is activated, we cannot offer returns as the content becomes instantly accessible.

2. Refund Eligibility

We will only consider refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you were charged multiple times for the same product/service due to a technical error.
  • If you paid successfully but did not receive access to your purchased content (subject to verification).
  • If a system error occurred in our payment gateway (PayHere) that caused an incorrect charge.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refund requests should include:
    • Payment receipt or transaction ID
    • Registered email/username
    • A clear description of the issue
  • All verified refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after purchasing.
  • If you fail to use the platform due to not meeting minimum technical requirements (internet connection, browser issues, etc.).
  • If partial use of a subscription has already been made (example: attempted quizzes).
